You may not have a renderer available.
The most common cause of this is using a virtual machine
You may want to try a release artifact ending with 'NoGPU'

Fedora 39 : About Penpot online tool.

Designers and developers can finally work in unison to build beautifully designed software experiences that truly scale up.
Penpot is the Open-Source Design & Prototyping Tool for Product Teams.
If you have worked with Adobe XD or similar software, then it performs the same functions.
I haven't tested it very thoroughly, but I can tell you that it works very well and is open-source and free.
I haven't seen anything about Bootstrap in the library of bookstores and templates, but there are quite a few in other areas with a pretty good design.
You can test it on the official webpage.
See these videos from the official youtube channel:

Fedora 36 : Fill out this survey for a badge.

I've always liked Fedora distro because it applies a concept of interactivity between developers and users.
Even if not everything works, you can see the progress made from the older versions.
Today I completed my feedback in a survey requested by them and I also got a small badget for my effort.
You can find it on this webpage.

Fedora 36 : Inkscape 1.2 with Huion WH 1409 graphic tablet.

In this tutorial I will show you how to install and use the Huion WH 1409 graphics tablet with the new release of Inkscape 1.2 software.
You will need to use the DKMS feature of the kernel and the tablet-specific drivers.
Let's start with the following command to get the driver and show the files:
[root@fedora mythcat]# git clone https://github.com/DIGImend/digimend-kernel-drivers.git
Cloning into 'digimend-kernel-drivers'...

Let's create it using the command
[root@fedora digimend-kernel-drivers]# make dkms_install

dkms add .

Let's check and reboot.
[root@fedora digimend-kernel-drivers]# dkms status

[root@fedora digimend-kernel-drivers]# reboot
After rebooting the diver must be activated and you will see that Linux responds to the movement of the tablet pen.
[root@fedora mythcat]# modprobe -r hid-kye hid-uclogic hid-viewsonic
Install the latest version of inkscape 1.2 using the DNF utility.
Start the inkscape software:
[mythcat@fedora ~]$ inkscape

file does not have group “Windows”
Gdk-Message: 15:09:10.534: Error flushing display: Broken pipe
It seems that inkscape does not detect and set the tablet if you use the settings of this software, but you can use the tablet with this software even if you do not set it.

Fedora 35 : Roblox Player and Roblox Studio with Grapejuice.

In today's tutorial, I will show you how to install and play Roblox on the Linux Fedora 35 distribution using Grapejuice software.
The Grapejuice software installs protocol handlers to open games from the Roblox website and file handlers to open place files. It also provides a management interface for installing and launching Roblox.
For this, you will need to have a computer with the necessary hardware requirements for this online game.
I tested it on the old HP Compaq 6710b laptop on which I installed Fedora version 35 and it worked very hard.
Here are the Linux commands I used to install.
[mythcat@fedora ~]$ git clone https://gitlab.com/brinkervii/grapejuice

Fedora 35 : New Krita version 5.0.0 released.

Today I tested the new released version 5.0.0 for Krita software.
I download the AppImage from the official website.
After download you need to use these commands:
[mythcat@fedora ~]$ chmod +x krita-5.0.0-x86_64.appimage
[mythcat@fedora ~]$ ./krita-5.0.0-x86_64.appimage

The Krita software runs well on the old HP Compaq 6710b, but I recommend better hardware because it is a software for graphic activities.
Don't worry about the message is a database change warning message.

Fedora 29 : Install Inkscape with Flatpak Linux tool.

Today I used the Flatpak Linux tool to install the last version of Inkscape 0.92.4 5da689c313 released at 2019-01-14.
Flatpak (formerly xdg-app) is a software utility for software deployment, package management, and application virtualization for Linux desktop computers. It provides a sandbox environment in which users can run applications in isolation from the rest of the system. see Wikipedia Flatpak.
The Flatpak tool is installed by default on Fedora Workstation. To install and runt the last version of Inkscape you need to use these commands:

Fedora 26 : using Huion Giano WH1409 graphic tablet .

If you want to use your Huion Giano WH1409 graphic tablet with Fedora 26 then you need to use DKMS kernel.
Let's start. First you need to have a github account to download this kernel.
Use this commands to install the DKMS kernel from digimend.
$su
#dnf install dkms git-core
#git clone https://github.com/DIGImend/digimend-kernel-drivers.git /usr/src/digimend-6
#dkms build digimend/6
#dkms install digimend/6
Now connect the wireless USB dongle and reboot your computer. Take a look at dkms status:
dkms status
If you use VirtualBox then I tested with last version of VirtualBox and works without any settings.
If you want to set your tablet keys then you make custom X11 rules .
First is need to go to this folder: /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/.
Now create 50-huion.conf file and use the configuration tool xsetwacom.
I don't make this settings because the tablet work's good with inkscape software.

Fedora and Krita software.

I used most time Gimp software and was great. Even I try scripting under gimp and works.

Today I will told you about Krita software.
The Krita software is a great tool to make animation and 2D content and works with many operating system. You can donate to help this software by using this web page.
You can also help the team by using your skills under some issues from this web page.
The first animation and instant Preview support was come with 2.9 beta-version.
Now under Fedora come with version 3.0.1.x and is need to install kde libs.
You can read the documentation of this software here.
I see has many and beautiful patterns and also you can use your graphic tablet like input device.
The instalation of this software is very easy, just type this commands under root account:
$su
#dnf upgrade
#dnf search krita
#dnf install krita
